Rajika is CEO of Poseidon LLC. Before co-founding Poseidon, he was a Senior Scientist at Iontas Ltd., where he focused on the development of therapeutic antibody technologies. Rajika has 20 years of experience in protein technologies, the development of antibody therapeutics, and phage display. His background includes working in academia, biotech, and the pharmaceutical industry. Rajika holds a Master of Science degree with Honors from the University of Glasgow and a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
