Michael is CSO and co-founder of Poseidon Bio. He is a Los Angeles native and proud graduate of California State University, Fullerton. He pursued his PhD in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Cambridge and MD degree at the Texas A&M University College of Medicine. In addition to his expertise in biochemistry and protein engineering, Michael has been admitted to practice in patent matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is the inventor/co-inventor on several patents, ranging from genetic engineering of bacterial cell lines for protein over-expression to the development of purification methods for nonconventional recombinant proteins.
